1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vuelum platform ("Service"), operated by Vuelum ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vuelum is a capability-matching and networking platform for the defence and security industry. The Service enables companies to discover potential partners, integrators, distributors, and suppliers through AI-powered matching, exhibition networking, and business intelligence tools.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload or share classified, export-controlled, or sanctions-restricted information
  • Impersonate another person or company
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without authorization
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

5. Company Profiles

Company profiles may be created from publicly available information. Authorized representatives may claim and edit their company's profile. We do not guarantee the accuracy of unclaimed profiles and accept no liability for information provided by third parties.

6. Subscription & Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are presented at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refund policies are detailed at the time of purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-submitted data), is owned by Vuelum and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you submit but grant us a licence to use it for providing the Service.

8. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vuelum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
